  1. How GiftWizard integrates with leading fraud prevention companies.
  2. How to correctly use anti-fraud tools when creating new WorkFlows.
  3. How to track the status of Gift Cards before they are sent out.

Integrations with leading fraud prevention companies:

GiftWizard seamlessly integrates with anti-fraud services used by the store including Shopify’s anti-fraud native tool. This is achieved by GiftWizard pausing the sending of the Gift Card codes until the order finishes the review process, and payment is captured.

GiftWizard’s anti-fraud tool is automatically enabled for all Pro users and above.

How to correctly use anti-fraud tools when creating new WorkFlows:

In order to enable the use of our fraud prevention tools, when starting a new WorkFlow set the trigger to “Order Paid”. This will ensure that the store credit will only be sent out after the order is paid for (as opposed to the “Order Created” rule that sends out the credit immediately).

How to track the status of Gift Cards before they are sent out:

You can track the Gift Cards status through your Gift Cards management board.

For Gift Cards that are bought in-store - the status will be unfulfilled until the payment is captured. After the payment is captured, the status will change to "fulfilled" and the Gift Card will be sent.

For Gifts Cards that are sent through a Workflow - the status will be unsent until the payment is captured. After the payment is captured, the status will change to "sent" and the Gift Card will be sent.

At any point in the process, you can click the “Fulfil” button to immediately send out the credit.
